Access Your VetClaims Account

This is the first step toward reviewing your documents, scheduling calls, and moving through your VA claim process. Below is a detailed guide to help you log in successfully and resolve common login issues.

 


 

Logging Into Your Account for the First Time:

When you purchase a VetClaims service, our system automatically creates a secure user profile based on the email address you provided during checkout. To activate your account:

  1. Locate the Activation Email
    • Look for an email from VetClaims titled “Activate Your VetClaims Account”, or a similar subject.
    • This email may take a few minutes to arrive.
    • If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder or search for a message sent from VetClaims.
  2. Click the Activation Link
    • The link will redirect you to the VetClaims Portal.
    • Here, you will be prompted to set up your account password.
  3. Create Your Password
    • Choose a secure password you will remember.
    • Avoid passwords used on other websites.
  4. Log Into the Portal Anytime
    • Once your password is created, you can visit the portal login page at any time to access your account and documents.


 

Resetting Your Password:

If you can’t log in or don’t remember your password:

  1. Visit the VetClaims Portal homepage.
  2. Click “Forgot My Password.”
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account.
  4. A reset link will be emailed to you - click it to create a new password.
  5. Log in again using your updated credentials.

 

Tip: If the reset email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, double-check your spam folder. Some email providers may delay or filter automated emails.

 


 

Troubleshooting Common Login Issues

If you’re still unable to access your account:

  • Verify that you are using the same email address you used at checkout.

  • Try the password reset function again - sometimes links expire.

  • If the activation email link has expired, request a new one via Forgot Password.

  • Clear your browser’s cache or try logging in through a different browser.
