Key Points You Should Know
1. You Are Responsible for Submitting Your Claim
VetClaims cannot submit claims for you because we do not hold Power of Attorney.
We provide evidence, documentation, and strategy — you submit the packet to the VA.
2. You Must Attend All Required Exams
Missing a C&P exam can:
- Lead to denial
- Delay the claim
- Impact refund eligibility
This is outlined directly in the Terms of Service. You can read more about the impact of attending all your Compensation and Pension exams here.
3. Refunds Must Be Evaluated by the VetClaims.ai Appeals Team
All refund decisions require:
- A full review of your decision letter
- An assessment of your documentation
- A review of exam results and evidence
Refunds are not automatic.
4. VetClaims.ai Is Not a Law Firm
Therefore, we cannot:
- Represent you at the Board of Veterans’ Appeals
- File Higher-Level Reviews
- Act as your legal representative
Our service focuses on creating strong evidence and documents.
5. You Agree to Provide Accurate Information
Your outcome depends on accurate details about:
- Your service periods
- Your diagnosed conditions
- Your symptoms
- Previous claim outcomes
Providing false or incomplete information may affect your claim.
6. Communication Is Required
You agree to:
- Upload your decision letters
- Attend scheduled calls
- Respond to requests for clarification
- Follow the required steps in the process
