Reschedule Your Complete Care Call
Your Complete Care Call is an essential part of the VetClaims process. However, we understand that plans need to change sometimes. Rescheduling is simple and can be done at your convenience through your portal or email.
Before you get started: If you’re hoping to find an earlier appointment, please cancel your current meeting first - this will open up additional availability from our representatives instead of the calendar of the rep you are currently assigned to.
Option 1: Reschedule Through Your VetClaims Portal (Recommended)
This is the most reliable way to make changes to your appointment.
- Log in to your VetClaims Portal.
- Locate the Meetings tab on the navigation menu.
- Find the appointment listed as Complete Care Veteran Expert Meeting.
- Click “Reschedule” next to the appointment.
- Choose a new date and time from the available options.
- Confirm your updated appointment.
Using this option allows you to view the most up-to-date availability of the VetClaims team in charge of your Complete Care Call, and ensures your appointment is instantly updated within our system.
Option 2: Reschedule Through Your Confirmation Email
You may also reschedule through the email you received when you scheduled your call.
- Open your original appointment confirmation email titled “Complete Care Veteran Expert Meeting.”
- Look for the link to reschedule or cancel.
- Click the link and select a new time.
If You’re Having Trouble Finding an Available Time
- Appointment slots are based on real-time system availability.
- If you do not see a time that works for you, check again for new slots later.
- Ensure your time zone settings are correct in your email and calendar apps.
